Familiarity with the needs of procurement, manufacturing and test ensures that all our designs are driven by key issues of practicability and cost effectiveness.

Electronic and electrical hardware designs are created in schematic form for approval and used for prototype generation. PCB layouts are created with schematic capture and verified using absolute design rule checking. Prototyping is a key part of the service offered by Xitek.

We often insist on providing a prototype of the product being designed. This often saves customers a lot of time and money prior to production runs commencing.

Included in the prototyping service are mechanical design such as enclosure machining, label designs and chassis design and assembly.

In addition all safety test specifications and production test specifications can be drawn up prior to production commencing.

A full manufacturing product file will be created to finalise the project at completion. This design package copy can be either supplied to customer or retained for manufacturing purposes.
