MANUFACTURING SERVICES

Specialising in small to medium batch manufacture Xitek focus on the attention to detail required for industrial and commercial applications.

All procurement is carried out by Xitek using only quality components from recognised approved suppliers. All bills of materials are fully documented from the design through to purchase process. We also accept free issue kits if preferred.

Electronic assembly includes through hole and surface mount technologies using our automatic or manual pick and place machines. Our workshops use static safe equipment throughout to ensure maximum protection against ESD wherever possible. Consistent build quality is essential and this is maintained throughout a rigorous approach to documentation and active training.

All products are subject to 100% visual inspection throughout the assembly process. In addition to this the majority of assemblies will undergo functional tests to simulate their field environments .

We are also able to design and build custom test fixtures to meet specific tasks.

Finished products are always labelled with serial numbers for traceability unless requested otherwise and PAT (portable appliance test) safety tested where applicable.
