Investing in Staff Training

IPC standards have become the only internationally accredited standards for the electronics manufacturing industry.  Xitek considers staff training of the utmost importance to maintain product quality and adhere to ISO:9001 - 2008 standards.

Paul Pidgeon of STEM Training conducted two training sessions for the Xitek Production Team with a 100% pass rate.

A tailored course in specialist hand-soldering skills to IPC-610 standards was taken by production team members, Martin Maeers, Marg Hook and Marie Marston.  Their skills were fine tuned for the processes involved in the current Xitek product range.  As a result our customers can be confident in the quality of their product.
